These Terms govern your access to HighlightPilot. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

The service

HighlightPilot monitors Twitch channels you select and may create clips using official Twitch APIs. Availability depends on Twitch platform status and your subscription.

Detection limits & content quality

HighlightPilot is designed to automatically create clip candidates for content creators. It works best on popular Twitch streamers with active live chats. Not every clip is usable content, and detections may include false positives. You are responsible for reviewing clips before publishing or relying on them.

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for your credentials and for charges tied to actively monitored channels. Pricing is disclosed in-product before you confirm channel changes.

Acceptable use

You must follow Twitch rules and our AUP. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

HighlightPilot software and branding are owned by the HighlightPilot operators. Twitch clips remain subject to Twitch terms and applicable rights.
