Methodology

HighlightPilot Radar samples live Twitch channels on the public Radar map roughly every 600 seconds. Each sample records concurrent viewers plus chat velocity (messages/sec vs each channel's baseline). Engagement spikes open when velocity multiplier reaches 2.5× (with at least 1 msg/s of chat over a baseline of at least 0.3 msg/s) and close below 1.6× or when the channel leaves Radar.
